CONTRACTOR AUTOMATED TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: September 24, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern services provided by Goals Partners LLC d/b/a Contractor Automated (“Contractor Automated,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, subscribing to, authorizing payment for, or using our services, the purchaser (“Client”) agrees to these Terms and to the specific program terms presented at checkout, on the applicable order or payment page, or otherwise agreed to in writing.
1. SERVICES
Contractor Automated provides business development, prospecting, outreach, market research, referral relationship development, appointment setting, follow-up, campaign management, data, reporting, and related services.
Contractor Automated offers multiple programs and service levels. The specific services, pricing, billing frequency, campaign or commitment length, deliverables, performance fees, limitations, and renewal terms applicable to Client are those presented on the applicable checkout, order, or payment page at the time of purchase, or otherwise agreed to in writing.
Different Clients and programs may have different pricing, terms, service levels, deliverables, or commitment periods.
2. PAYMENT & AUTHORIZATION
Client authorizes Contractor Automated and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for all fees associated with the program purchased, including recurring fees, campaign fees, and any applicable performance-based charges.
The amount, billing frequency, and payment schedule applicable to Client are those disclosed at checkout or otherwise agreed to in writing.
Where recurring billing applies, Client authorizes Contractor Automated to automatically charge the payment method on file according to the disclosed billing schedule without requiring separate authorization for each recurring charge.
Client agrees to maintain a valid payment method for the duration of any applicable minimum commitment.
For performance-based programs, Client authorizes charges for qualified connections or other performance fees according to the definitions and pricing disclosed at purchase.
3. PROGRAM TERM, COMMITMENT & CANCELLATION
Some Contractor Automated programs are month-to-month, while others require a minimum campaign or commitment period.
The specific commitment period applicable to Client is the commitment displayed and accepted at checkout, on the applicable order/payment page, or otherwise agreed to in writing.
If Client purchases a program with a minimum commitment, Client agrees to the entire minimum commitment and remains responsible for all payments due during that period, even if Client later chooses to discontinue participation or use of the services, except where otherwise required by law or expressly agreed to by Contractor Automated in writing.
Cancellation during a minimum commitment does not eliminate Client’s payment obligations for the remainder of the agreed commitment period.
After completion of any minimum commitment, services will either end or continue according to the renewal terms disclosed at purchase.
For programs that continue on a recurring basis, cancellation prevents future renewal after satisfaction of any applicable commitment and notice requirements.
Cancellation does not retroactively cancel charges already incurred or amounts owed under an existing minimum commitment.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS
All payments are non-refundable once charged, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by Contractor Automated in writing.
This includes subscription fees, campaign fees, setup fees, performance fees, and fees for services or qualified connections already performed, initiated, or delivered.
Client understands that business development results vary.
Dissatisfaction with results, failure to generate revenue, failure to convert an introduction, lack of Client follow-up, changes in Client’s business, budget changes, staffing changes, or Client’s decision to discontinue the program do not create a right to a refund or eliminate payment obligations under an agreed minimum commitment.
5. PERFORMANCE-BASED SERVICES
Certain Contractor Automated programs may include performance-based fees.
Unless different definitions are specifically disclosed at purchase:
Level 1 Connection: A qualified contact who has expressed interest and agreed to a scheduled introduction or conversation with Client.
Level 2 Connection: A qualified contact who has expressed legitimate interest and agreed to direct follow-up from Client but has not scheduled a specific appointment.
Performance fees are earned upon delivery of the applicable qualified connection, regardless of whether Client subsequently contacts, meets with, converts, closes, receives a referral from, or generates revenue from that connection.
Any different pricing, definitions, monthly billing cap, or performance terms specifically disclosed at checkout or otherwise agreed to in writing control over this section.
6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Contractor Automated does not guarantee any specific number of sales, customers, referrals, revenue, appointments, qualified connections, response rates, closed business, return on investment, or other business result unless a specific written guarantee is expressly included with Client’s purchase.
Business development depends on numerous factors outside Contractor Automated’s control, including market conditions, prospect behavior, Client responsiveness, sales ability, pricing, reputation, availability, competition, and follow-up.
Payment is for the services and campaign activities described in Client’s applicable program and is not contingent upon Client generating revenue or closing business unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Client agrees to provide accurate and reasonably complete information necessary to operate the campaign.
Client is responsible for communicating targeting restrictions and for notifying Contractor Automated of:
Existing referral partners or relationships that should not be contacted
Employees or internal contacts that should be excluded
Existing customers that should not be contacted
Territories or geographic restrictions
Competitors, vendors, or other businesses that should be excluded
Other campaign-specific restrictions reasonably necessary to perform the services
Contractor Automated may rely upon the information and exclusions provided by Client.
Client agrees to promptly review opportunities and follow up with introductions when appropriate.
Client remains responsible for its own sales process, communications, representations, pricing, services, and decisions regarding whether and how to pursue opportunities generated through the program.
8. OUTREACH, TARGETING & DATA
Contractor Automated may use publicly available, licensed, Client-provided, commercially available, and other lawful business information to identify potential business relationships and conduct outreach.
Business information obtained from third-party or public sources may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Contractor Automated does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all third-party contact information.
Unless specifically guaranteed as part of Client’s purchased program, campaign targets, contact lists, outreach methods, outreach volume, timing, cadence, messaging, and strategy may be adjusted by Contractor Automated based on campaign performance, data availability, market conditions, and operational considerations.
9. CLIENT COOPERATION & CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE
Client acknowledges that successful business development frequently requires ongoing participation and follow-up from Client.
Contractor Automated is responsible for providing the services included in Client’s purchased program but is not responsible for Client’s failure to respond to opportunities, attend scheduled conversations, follow up with contacts, nurture relationships, provide requested information, or perform Client’s own sales responsibilities.
Client’s failure or inability to participate in the campaign does not automatically suspend billing, extend a commitment period, or create a right to a refund.
10. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Client agrees to contact Contractor Automated regarding billing questions or disputes before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute when reasonably practicable.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not cancel Client’s contractual obligations or automatically terminate any outstanding balance legitimately owed under these Terms or Client’s applicable program agreement.
Contractor Automated reserves the right to provide the applicable Terms, checkout records, payment authorization, communications, campaign records, reports, and evidence of services performed to payment processors, financial institutions, or other parties involved in resolving a payment dispute.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Contractor Automated will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from or relating to the services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Contractor Automated’s total aggregate liability relating to any claim arising from the services will not exceed the amount Client paid Contractor Automated during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT & ORDER OF PRECEDENCE
These Terms, together with the applicable checkout or order page and any written terms specifically agreed to by Contractor Automated and Client, constitute the agreement between the parties regarding the purchased services.
Client acknowledges that different Contractor Automated programs may contain different pricing, billing schedules, minimum commitments, renewal provisions, deliverables, performance fees, and other program-specific terms.
The terms displayed on the applicable checkout or order page at the time of Client’s purchase are incorporated into these Terms.
If program-specific terms presented at checkout or otherwise expressly agreed to in writing conflict with these general Terms, the program-specific terms control with respect to that Client’s purchase.
By completing a purchase or authorizing payment, Client acknowledges that Client has read, understands, and agrees to these Terms and authorizes Contractor Automated to charge the payment method provided according to the applicable program and billing terms.
